DeBurgh® Conveyor Repair Parts
All DeBurgh® conveyor systems have been in constant use for many years. Most of these systems are now 15-35 years. And, like all mechanical items, require systematic maintenance and replacement of worn parts in order to work properly.
We maintain a large inventory of DeBurgh® conveyor parts for both Style#1 and Style#2 conveyors. Most of the problems/wrecks you may now be experiencing are due to warn parts which need replacing.
Keep in mind that this is a limited inventory and is offered on a first come, first served basis. Evaluate your requirements at the earliest opportunity, and order early to ensure availability.

Pusher Trolley #K-1 - The pusher trolley is an electric steel casting ... machined ... then case hardened ... and is shipped complete with the trolley wheels ... pre-lubricated. The trolley assembly is furnished complete with extended chain pins and nuts.
Intermediate (idler) Trolley #21 - The intermediate (idler) trolley is a malleable iron casting ... machined ... furnished complete with the trolley wheels pre-lubricated. Retainer plates and mounting bolts are included.
Trolley Wheel #31 - Replacement trolley wheels for either the intermediate or pusher trolleys. These are provided with assembly hardware and Welsh plug ... loose. After assembly of the wheel to the trolley, the wheel should be lubricated, and the Welsh plug pressed into place.
Chain #X-458 - The heat-treated, drop-forged, rivetless keystone chain as shown is the motivating power for the conveyor, and is furnished in 10 ft. bundles.
Segment Roller #126 - These segment rollers are used on all horizontal curves & drive units.
